About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a rectangular grey fabric tufted ottoman accented with a decorative serving tray set. Designed with a clean, rectangular silhouette, this ottoman features a deep-tufted seat cushion upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. The structure is supported by a slender metal frame with tapered legs, finished in a metallic tone that complements the soft textile. Included in the set is a dark, low-profile serving tray holding two clear glass tumblers and a folded fabric throw, adding layers of texture and domestic detail. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable as a central coffee table alternative or as an elegant footrest in a refined lounge or bedroom setting.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with clear layer hierarchies, allowing users to toggle the decorative accessories independently from the main ottoman geometry. The fabric textures are mapped with appropriate tiling, and the metal frame utilizes standard materials that can be easily adjusted to match specific scene lighting. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base for precise placement on floor surfaces, while the included props can be instanced or removed to suit the composition of the interior visualization.

This piece is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel suites, or luxury dressing areas. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary upholstery, providing a structured yet soft focal point. Designers often search for this type of ottoman when specifying accent furniture that serves a dual purpose as both a footstool and a surface for styling. It integrates seamlessly into scenes requiring a sophisticated, lived-in aesthetic, particularly when placed in front of a sofa or at the foot of a bed.
