Natural Wood Venetian Blinds Set

This set of natural wood Venetian blinds for SketchUp includes two variations, featuring a clean slatted design with integrated pull cords. These Venetian blinds are constructed from slender horizontal timber slats, finished in a warm natural wood tone that highlights the grain. The assembly includes a top-mounted wooden valance or headrail, with delicate cord detailing for the operating mechanism. The set consists of two distinct configurations: one unit is fully extended to cover the entire window aperture, while the second unit is partially retracted, with the lower section of slats stacked tightly. The proportions are balanced, offering a minimalist aesthetic that integrates seamlessly into contemporary interior schemes while providing adjustable light filtration.

The download is a 3.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these blinds are structured as distinct components, allowing for easy placement and scaling to match specific window sizes. Users should assign material properties to the wood surfaces to ensure realistic light interaction in render engines. The components are organised into logical groups, facilitating quick adjustments to the vertical position or total slat count if required. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned with the top headrail for precise mounting against wall or frame faces within the model.
