Contemporary Black Stone 6-Seater Dining Set with Woven Chairs

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a dark stone table and woven rope chairs with light beige cushions. This dining ensemble comprises a rectangular table with a dark, textured stone top supported by a sturdy frame, paired with six matching dining chairs. Each chair exhibits a distinctive woven rope backrest pattern, offering a textured, semi-transparent aesthetic. The seating comfort is enhanced by plush, cream-coloured fabric seat cushions and back bolsters. The overall design language is clean and modern, balancing the weight of the stone table with the airy, rhythmic quality of the woven chairs. The set includes a decorative bowl of green apples and a glass carafe as tabletop accessories.

The download is a 17.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the chairs versus the table. Users should check the pivot points for the chairs to ensure efficient rotation and placement around the table. The rope geometry is detailed; applying appropriate subdivision or smoothing modifiers can refine the silhouette for close-up renders. Ensure that the fabric textures on the cushions are correctly mapped to maintain the scale of the weave relative to the chair frame.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, covered patios, or boutique hospitality settings, this set provides a sophisticated focal point for open-plan living areas. It pairs well with minimalist interiors or transitional spaces that require a touch of organic texture. Designers looking for modern outdoor-inspired dining solutions will find this configuration versatile for various project stages, from concept visualisation to final interior staging.
