Natural Rattan Egg-Style Lounge Chair with Cushion

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge chair features an organic egg-shaped rattan frame finished in natural wood tones with a soft beige cushion. Defined by its distinctive curved silhouette, this lounge chair is constructed from tightly woven natural rattan, creating a warm and textured aesthetic. The shell-like form wraps around the user, providing a supportive and enclosed seating experience. It includes a single, plush square cushion in a neutral beige fabric, which contrasts against the detailed weave of the frame. The proportions are compact yet comfortable, making it an ideal choice for accent seating in various interior styles. The material quality highlights the intricate craftsmanship of the woven structure, ensuring a tactile and visually engaging piece.

The download is a 1.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as a cohesive object, allowing for straightforward integration into your scene. The geometry is clean, suitable for standard interior visualisations. Users should check the material assignments upon import to ensure the rattan texture maps align correctly with the UV coordinates. The cushion is a separate component, providing flexibility if you need to adjust its position or replace the fabric shader to match specific project colour palettes or custom material libraries.

This piece is well-suited for residential living rooms, sunrooms, or boutique hotel lobbies where a touch of organic texture is required. It pairs effectively with minimalist side tables or as part of a relaxed reading nook arrangement. Professionals looking for woven furniture, accent seating, or organic-shaped lounge chairs will find this model useful for creating comfortable and inviting interiors. Use it in projects where you need to soften a space or introduce a natural, handcrafted element to a contemporary or transitional design scheme.
