Modern Grey and White Fabric Layered Curtains

Modern layered curtains in grey and white fabric, designed as a 3ds Max model featuring soft, realistic folds and clean vertical pleats. These modern curtains feature a sophisticated dual-layer configuration, combining a dense, opaque grey outer layer with a lighter, sheer white inner layer. The fabric displays realistic, flowing vertical pleats that hang naturally from a concealed track or rod system. The composition is balanced and clean, offering a versatile aesthetic suitable for contemporary interiors. Each pair is modelled with consistent, soft wave patterns that suggest a high-quality textile weight, ensuring they catch light effectively in a rendered scene. The clean, neutral colour palette allows for seamless integration into various design schemes, from minimalist to luxury residential spaces.

The download is an 8.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, these curtains are provided as a ready-to-use asset, ideal for quick placement in architectural visualisations. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the curtain rod or track height for accurate positioning. Applying high-resolution texture maps to the fabric surfaces will enhance the realism of the material's weave. The model is structured to allow for easy scaling to match specific window heights, and users can adjust the opacity settings on the inner layer to control light transmission through the sheer material.
