Modern Brown Leather Bench with Draped Velvet Throw

A modern brown leather bench featuring a draped grey velvet throw, provided as a 3ds Max model for interior visualisation projects. This rectangular bench features a structured, low-profile frame upholstered in smooth brown leather with clean, vertical channel-tufted detailing across the seat surface. The bench is accented by a highly detailed, naturally draped grey velvet throw blanket, which cascades over one side, adding a layer of visual softness and textural contrast. The proportions are balanced for use at the foot of a bed or as a standalone piece in a lounge area. The combination of the rigid, architectural leather form and the fluid, organic drape of the fabric creates a sophisticated aesthetic.

The download is a 17.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max file directly into an existing scene. The model is structured with distinct material IDs for the leather and velvet, allowing for easy adjustment of shaders or textures. Ensure the scale is verified against your scene units upon import. The draped fabric is optimized for realistic lighting interactions, though users should check the mesh density if planning extreme close-up shots to ensure the fabric folds maintain their integrity under various rendering conditions.

This bench is ideal for high-end residential bedrooms, luxury hotel suites, and contemporary walk-in wardrobes. It serves as a functional accent piece that complements modern interior schemes, particularly when paired with minimalist bed frames or placed in front of large-scale windows. Professionals often search for this type of asset when looking to add a lived-in, curated feel to a space, using terms like upholstered bench, bedroom seating, or luxury furniture styling to find pieces that balance comfort with a refined, clean-lined design.
