Mid-Century Walnut Wood Desk and Shelving Unit Set

This mid-century 3ds Max set features a walnut wood desk with integrated shelving and a matching green upholstered chair. The set comprises a sleek, tapered-leg desk with an overhead shelf component, a matching tall ladder-style bookshelf, and an upholstered accent chair. Crafted from warm-toned walnut wood, the pieces exhibit clean lines and organic silhouettes characteristic of mid-century modern design. The desk features a slim work surface, while the shelving units provide multi-level storage for books and decorative objects. The chair includes a curved backrest with cane-style detailing and a plush, sage-green fabric seat. All items are presented with a curated selection of books, indoor plants, and tabletop accessories, creating a complete, ready-to-use workspace composition.

The download is a 75.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the furniture from the decorative accessories. Users can merge the assembly into a scene and adjust the pivot points for precise placement against walls or as room dividers. The materials are mapped using standard coordinates, making it straightforward to swap wood textures or fabric colours to suit specific interior schemes. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the wood grain and the soft texture of the upholstery.
