About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sectional sofa features a low-profile beige fabric frame accented by contrasting leather and fabric cushions. This L-shaped sectional sofa presents a clean, linear aesthetic defined by its low-slung, boxy silhouette and deep seating. The main frame is upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, providing a soft, textured appearance. It includes a variety of scatter cushions in complementary shades of brown, blending fabric and leather textures for visual depth. The base is finished with a recessed, dark plinth that creates a floating effect. The modular design emphasizes comfort through thick, plush seat and back cushions, making it a substantial piece for large living areas.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot point is centered at the base for easy placement on floor planes. The geometry is organized into logical groups, allowing for quick material adjustments or the swapping of cushion textures. It is recommended to use the provided UV maps to maintain the fabric grain consistency across the modular components. Proper lighting setup, particularly with soft area lights, will effectively highlight the material contrast between the main fabric and the leather scatter cushions.

This sectional is well-suited for modern residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or upscale hotel lobbies where a relaxed yet sophisticated seating arrangement is required. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables, large area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps.
