About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric 2-seater sofa paired with a white coffee table and a woven rug for interiors. This furniture grouping includes a compact 2-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring deep seat cushions and soft, supportive backrests. The set is accompanied by a circular white coffee table supported by slender metal legs, providing a clean, minimalist silhouette. A textured, natural-toned woven rug anchors the composition, while decorative cushions in muted brown and charcoal tones add depth to the seating area. A wall-mounted abstract artwork is included to complete the scene, creating a cohesive visual arrangement suitable for modern living spaces or boutique hotel lounge areas.

The download is a 87.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max asset into your project, merge the file and align the grouped geometry to your floor plane. The sofa, table, and rug are typically organized on separate layers, allowing for individual material adjustments or replacement. Ensure the pivot points are correctly set at the base for easy placement. The textures are mapped to standard shaders, making it straightforward to swap fabric maps or adjust the metallic finish of the table legs to match your specific interior lighting and material palette.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in open-plan apartments or small-scale hospitality lobbies. Architects and interior designers often use such coordinated groupings to quickly populate renders during the concept design phase.
