About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a cluster of dried decorative grass arranged in a small, woven rattan basket for natural interior styling. This decorative asset consists of a collection of dried grasses and delicate floral stems housed within a cylindrical, tightly woven rattan basket. The plant material exhibits a mix of fine, wispy textures and tall, slender stalks in muted, organic earth tones. The basket features a classic, uniform weave pattern that provides a tactile, natural contrast to the airy foliage. Proportions are compact and balanced, making it suitable for placement on consoles, side tables, or shelving units where a subtle, organic accent is required to soften the overall composition of a space.

The download is a 32.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your project and ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base of the basket. The textures are mapped to standard material slots; check that the paths are correctly linked to the included map files. Given the fine detail of the dried stems, use an appropriate sampling rate in your render settings to avoid aliasing artifacts on the thin geometry of the foliage.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this piece adds a touch of organic texture to living rooms, bedrooms, and entryway consoles. It pairs well with minimalist or wabi-sabi aesthetics, complementing natural wood furniture and stone surfaces. Designers looking for botanical decor to stage a scene, create a warm atmosphere in boutique retail environments, or add detail to hotel lobby vignettes will find this model useful for adding depth and realistic, lived-in character to architectural visualisations without overwhelming the primary furniture elements.
