About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining chair features a circular upholstered backrest and white fabric seat set on a slender gold metal frame. Defined by its geometric simplicity, this dining chair pairs a circular backrest with a rounded seat, both upholstered in a clean, off-white fabric. The frame is constructed from thin, polished gold metal tubing, creating a lightweight yet structural aesthetic. The backrest is supported by a single vertical post connecting it to the seat base, while the front and side legs are braced by a horizontal bar for stability. The minimalist silhouette ensures a compact footprint, making it suitable for tight dining arrangements or as a standalone accent piece in refined interior spaces.

The download is a 10.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this chair into a 3ds Max scene, place it using the native pivot point located at the base for easy alignment on floor planes. Use the material editor to adjust the reflection and glossiness of the gold finish to match your specific lighting environment. Ensure the fabric texture map is correctly UV-mapped to maintain scale consistency across the curved seat and backrest surfaces during final rendering. The geometry is clean and suitable for high-quality architectural visualisations.

This piece works well in upscale residential dining rooms, boutique hotel restaurants, and modern café interiors. Its refined gold and white palette complements contemporary or luxury design schemes, pairing effectively with marble or glass dining tables. Professionals often search for this style when specifying furniture for high-end hospitality projects or sophisticated home staging. It serves as a versatile seating solution that balances visual lightness with a premium finish, ideal for projects requiring a touch of metallic elegance and clean, modern geometry.
