About this asset

This traditional 3ds Max dining set features a round dark wood pedestal table paired with two cane-back chairs in grey fabric. This three-piece dining arrangement comprises a circular pedestal table and two matching side chairs. The table features a turned central column supported by a four-legged base, finished in a deep, rich wood tone. Each chair incorporates a prominent rattan cane-webbing backrest framed in matching dark timber, providing a tactile contrast to the upholstered grey seat pads. The set is presented as a complete vignette, including decorative tabletop accessories such as a teapot, glassware, and place settings, creating a cohesive, warm aesthetic suitable for intimate dining spaces or breakfast nooks.

The download is a 74.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a single collection, allowing for easy placement within architectural interiors. Users can leverage the native material slots to adjust the wood grain scale or fabric bump maps to suit specific lighting conditions. The assets are scaled to standard ergonomic heights, making them straightforward to integrate into existing floor plans. Ensure pivot points are aligned to the floor plane for seamless snapping when positioning the table and chairs in your scene setup.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, compact kitchen areas, or boutique cafe interiors, this set brings a classic, grounded feel to a project. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and warm ambient lighting, such as low-hanging pendant lights or wall sconces. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of furniture when specifying breakfast tables, bistro-style seating, or small-scale dining solutions for apartments where space efficiency and traditional craftsmanship are prioritised in the design scheme.
