Contemporary Woven and Fabric Hanging Swing Chair Set

This contemporary SketchUp model set features four unique hanging swing chairs, including woven nests, hammocks, and fabric seats. This collection includes four distinct suspended seating designs suitable for diverse interior and exterior applications. The set comprises a classic rope hammock with wooden spreader bars, a crescent-shaped woven lounge chair with a plush white cushion, a teardrop-shaped rattan-style pod with an integrated seat, and a striped fabric swing chair suspended from a timber dowel. Each model is crafted with attention to suspension mechanics, featuring realistic rope textures, woven detailing, and soft fabric upholstery. The varied forms provide a range of aesthetic options, from relaxed coastal vibes to structured, modern sculptural seating elements.

The download is a 10.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these components are organised as individual groups or components, allowing for easy placement and rotation within your scene. Use the native move and rotate tools to adjust the suspension height to suit your ceiling or pergola structure. The materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match your specific project palette. Ensure the geometry is scaled correctly relative to your room height before finalising the placement.
