About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a marble kitchen island with an integrated table and six upholstered dining chairs. The assembly comprises a substantial rectangular kitchen island finished in a clean white, topped with a white marble surface that extends to form a lower-level dining table. The dining section is supported by a sleek, minimalist frame and is paired with six armless dining chairs. Each chair is upholstered in a dark brown fabric, providing a subtle contrast against the bright stone and cabinetry. The set includes curated tabletop accessories, such as a glass vase with dried foliage and a small stack of books, which enhance the realistic presentation of the unit.

The download is a 30.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the island, table, and seating components. Users can adjust the material IDs to swap the marble texture or fabric finish as required for specific project palettes. The chairs are instanced, allowing for efficient scene management and quick updates to the arrangement. Standard pivot points are located at the base of each object, facilitating precise placement within a larger interior model without needing constant alignment adjustments.

This integrated dining solution is ideal for modern open-plan residential projects, particularly those featuring kitchen-diner layouts where space optimisation is essential. It pairs well with contemporary cabinetry and minimalist lighting fixtures. Professionals often search for this type of asset when designing high-end apartments, luxury kitchen showrooms, or boutique hospitality spaces. The set is suitable for both conceptual development and final visualisations, providing a cohesive aesthetic that bridges the gap between functional food preparation areas and elegant, formal dining environments.
