About this asset

This contemporary white fabric sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a modular L-shaped configuration with an ottoman and curated accessories. The central element is a low-profile white fabric sectional sofa with a right-hand chaise, paired with a matching square ottoman. The seating is accented by neutral beige and grey throw cushions. Accompanying furniture includes a two-tier rectangular coffee table with a dark wood top and slim metal frame, alongside a tripod floor lamp with a fabric shade. The scene is completed by a neutral area rug, two framed wall artworks, and a decorative geometric wall panel, creating a cohesive, staged look suitable for immediate architectural visualization and interior design presentations.

The download is a 36.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organized into components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual items within your project file. Users should verify the scale against their floor plan upon insertion. Materials are applied as standard textures; these can be adjusted or replaced using the material editor to match specific project finishes. The scene is best utilized by grouping the entire assembly for efficient layer management, ensuring that lighting and shadow settings are configured to highlight the textural details of the fabric upholstery.

This staging set is intended for residential interior design projects, specifically for populating living room layouts in apartment or house developments. It serves well for rapid visualization in conceptual design stages or high-quality client renderings. Professional designers often search for complete living room arrangements to save time during project documentation. It pairs effectively with modern interior styles and can be integrated into hospitality spaces like hotel lounge areas or show suites where a clean, neutral aesthetic is required for marketing collateral.
