About this asset

This contemporary white fabric modular sectional sofa for 3ds Max features a deep-tufted grid pattern and an integrated chaise lounge. Defined by its low-profile, boxy silhouette, this modular sectional sofa is upholstered in a clean white fabric with a distinct grid-tufted seat and backrest. The configuration includes a long-form chaise section on the left and a standard multi-seat unit on the right, providing a sprawling footprint suitable for open-plan living areas. Minimalist in form, the piece relies on its geometric repetition and soft, tactile upholstery to provide visual interest. It includes subtle decorative accents, specifically a pair of rectangular lumbar cushions and a draped throw blanket for added texture and realism.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured for seamless integration into interior scenes. Users should manage the high-detail fabric textures through the material editor, ensuring proper UV mapping for the tufted surfaces. The modular components are typically grouped, allowing for easy placement or individual manipulation of the chaise and main sofa units. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the depth of the tufting, with standard ambient occlusion settings recommended to emphasize the soft shadows between the fabric grid panels.

This sectional is ideal for large-scale residential projects, particularly in modern living rooms, media lounges, or expansive loft apartments. Its neutral white finish pairs well with a variety of interior palettes, from monochromatic minimalist schemes to warm, layered contemporary designs. Professionals searching for comfortable, high-end lounge seating will find this piece effective for creating inviting social zones. It integrates naturally alongside low-slung coffee tables and large-scale area rugs, serving as the primary anchor for a sophisticated residential relaxation space.
