About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a cream fabric sectional sofa set with integrated wooden side tables and matching lounge chairs. The ensemble is defined by low-profile, modular sectional sofas upholstered in a textured cream fabric, contrasted by slim wooden base platforms. The set includes two primary sofa configurations, two dark grey leather-look lounge chairs, a large circular marble-top coffee table, and smaller accent side tables with metal frames. The composition is grounded by a large grey textured rug. Every element is designed with a clean, linear aesthetic, focusing on horizontal proportions and a balanced material palette of neutral fabrics, dark timber accents, and metallic detailing, creating a cohesive and sophisticated living room arrangement.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should leverage SketchUp layers to manage the complex scene, separating the seating elements from the tables and accessories for easier manipulation. When integrating this into a larger project, consider nesting the entire set as a component to optimize viewport performance. Apply custom materials to the fabric surfaces to match project-specific colour schemes, and ensure the model origin is set at the floor level for seamless placement within residential or hospitality floor plans.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobby lounges, and luxury apartment staging, this set provides a complete visual solution for contemporary interior design projects. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall paneling, statement stone feature walls, and linear fireplace designs. Professionals looking for a ready-to-render lounge area or a foundational layout for open-plan living spaces will find this set efficient for rapid visualization in architectural presentations or interior design concept boards.
