About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sideboard set features a six-door walnut frame with white panels and a curated collection of tabletop decor. This six-door sideboard features a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a dark walnut-toned frame and solid white door fronts. The unit is low-profile and rectangular, providing substantial surface area for display. Included in the set is a variety of decorative objects: a glass vase filled with white flowers, a dark ceramic vessel, a wooden horse sculpture, two empty picture frames, and small candles. Each object is modeled with distinct textures, from the smooth finish of the cabinet doors to the organic, matte glaze of the ceramic ware and the grain of the wooden accents.

The download is a 77.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by layers, allowing for easy separation of the sideboard from the decorative accessories. Users can merge the file into a project scene and use the pivot points to position the unit against walls. Materials are mapped with standard texture slots, which can be easily adjusted or replaced. The assets are scaled to real-world proportions, making them suitable for quick placement in architectural visualisations or interior design presentations without requiring extensive geometric modification.

This sideboard is ideal for residential living rooms, dining areas, or high-end hotel lobbies where a balanced, styled look is required. It pairs well with modern interior design schemes that utilise a neutral palette and natural wood tones. Professionals often use this type of asset to add realism to living room renders or to demonstrate furniture layout options in floor plans.
