About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp console table features a sleek white rectangular top supported by a striking black X-shaped metal base. This console table presents a minimalist aesthetic defined by its sharp, geometric silhouette. The tabletop is a clean, flat rectangular plane in a crisp white finish, providing a neutral surface for styling. It is anchored by a robust, angular metal frame finished in matte black. The base design utilises intersecting diagonals to create an X-form that offers both structural stability and visual interest. The proportions are balanced for placement against a wall, making it suitable for narrow circulation spaces or as a focal point in a curated foyer or living room arrangement.

The download is a 10 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this component is structured as a single group or component for easy manipulation. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly against the project floor plan before final placement. The geometry is clean, allowing for the application of high-resolution textures to the top surface or base if custom finishes are required. It is best managed by placing it on a dedicated layer to toggle visibility during complex interior modelling tasks and can be easily snapped to wall surfaces for precise alignment.

This console table is an ideal choice for residential hallways, hotel lobbies, or modern office reception areas. It pairs well with minimalist wall art, decorative mirrors, or sculptural table lamps to complete a vignette. Designers seeking a clean, architectural look will find this piece effective for staging entryways or filling empty corridor space. Search for this item when specifying furniture for contemporary interior projects that require a strong, linear statement piece that does not overwhelm the surrounding architectural features or existing room decor.
