Contemporary Walnut Wood Work Desk with Matching Chair

This contemporary 3ds Max workspace set features a walnut wood work desk with a three-drawer pedestal and a matching fabric chair. This workspace set comprises a desk and a coordinated chair, both exhibiting a warm, natural walnut finish. The desk is defined by a cantilevered tabletop that rests on a compact, three-drawer pedestal unit on one side, while the opposite end features a curved, sweeping leg support. The drawers are integrated with a seamless, handle-less design. The accompanying chair features a curved, upholstered backrest and seat in a neutral grey fabric, supported by a wooden frame that echoes the desk's materiality. The set offers a cohesive aesthetic suitable for refined home office environments.

The download is a 23.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation. Users can apply custom material shaders to the walnut timber surfaces and fabric textures to the chair upholstery. The desk and chair are grouped as individual objects, allowing for flexible placement within a scene. When integrating into a larger project, ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane for accurate positioning against walls or within room layouts, and adjust lighting to highlight the wood grain detail.

Ideal for residential home offices, boutique hospitality suites, or executive study areas, this set provides a polished solution for interior visualisations. It pairs effectively with minimalist shelving, task lighting, and decorative desk accessories to create a functional workspace scene. Professionals searching for a modern timber desk with integrated storage or a coherent office furniture ensemble will find this asset versatile. It is particularly suited for mid-stage design renders where a balance of comfort and professional aesthetic is required for client presentations.
