About this asset

This contemporary 5-piece dining set is a 3ds Max model featuring a round walnut pedestal table and four black chairs with rattan backrests. This 5-piece dining set consists of a circular table supported by a substantial cylindrical pedestal base with a vertical ribbed texture, finished in a rich walnut tone. It is paired with four matching dining chairs. Each chair features a slender black frame, a curved backrest integrated with a woven rattan cane insert, and a cushioned seat upholstered in a dark fabric. The juxtaposition of the warm wood grain of the table against the stark black frames and natural rattan textures creates a balanced, sophisticated aesthetic suitable for a variety of modern interior styles.

The download is a 54.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the objects into your current project file. The geometry is grouped by component, allowing for easy placement and adjustment of the chairs around the table. Apply high-resolution textures to the wood and rattan elements to enhance realism, and ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base for efficient snapping to floor planes. Use standard material editors to refine the glossiness of the black metal frame and the fabric seat.

This dining set is ideal for residential dining rooms, boutique cafes, or hospitality lounge areas where a compact yet stylish seating arrangement is required.
