Contemporary Walnut and White Wall-Mounted Work Desk with Overhead Storage

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a wall-mounted work desk with integrated overhead storage and a matching upholstered chair. This integrated workstation combines a sleek wall-mounted desk with a substantial overhead storage unit. The desk surface and cabinet fronts are finished in a rich walnut-brown wood grain, contrasted by white drawer fronts and shelving elements. A slender metal frame provides structural support for the desk, echoing the minimalist aesthetic of the accompanying chair. The chair features a curved backrest with light-coloured fabric upholstery and a slim metal base. The overhead unit includes closed cabinet storage and an open shelf section, providing a balanced solution for compact office environments and study areas.

The download is a 35.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers by component, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment. The desk and storage unit can be positioned against any vertical surface, while the chair is a separate object for flexible placement. Users should check the pivot points for the cabinet doors and drawers to ensure they are correctly set for animation if required. Mapping for the wood grain textures is pre-applied, though adjustments may be necessary to match specific scene lighting or scale requirements.

This workstation is suited for residential home offices, compact study nooks, or modern bedroom interiors where space-saving furniture is required. It pairs well with minimalist decor and neutral wall finishes, fitting seamlessly into contemporary or mid-century influenced design schemes. Professionals searching for a complete workspace solution will find this asset useful for staging architectural visualisations or interior design proposals. It is an ideal choice for projects focused on efficient storage and clean, functional furniture design in residential or small-scale commercial office environments.
