Contemporary Brown Wood Dining Set with Sculptural Bases

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a rectangular brown wood table paired with two sculptural stools and one upholstered chair. This dining set comprises a long, rectangular table finished in a rich, dark brown wood tone. The table is supported by two distinct, sculptural bases: one featuring a stacked, sphere-like charcoal structure and the other a solid, blocky form. The set includes two small, low-profile wooden stools with arched backrests and a single, taller chair with a slim timber frame and a cream-coloured upholstered seat. Decorative elements such as a small vase with branches and an open book add a curated, lived-in aesthetic to the overall composition.

The download is a 113 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of the individual table and seating components. Users can adjust the wood grain mapping or replace the fabric textures on the chair seat to suit specific project palettes. The model is scaled for standard interior dimensions, making it straightforward to merge into existing scenes. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the contrasting textures of the matte wooden surfaces and the unique spherical base detail.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, high-end hospitality spaces, or modern showroom displays, this set provides a balanced mix of sculptural forms and functional furniture. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, serving as a focal point in open-plan living areas. Professionals looking for unique, statement-making dining furniture will find this set suitable for staging luxury apartments or boutique restaurant projects where visual interest is paramount. The set remains versatile enough for various rendering styles, from clean architectural visualisation to atmospheric, moody lighting setups.
