Modern Grey Leather Sectional Sofa Set with Coffee Table

This modern grey leather sectional sofa set in SketchUp includes a chaise, armchair, ottoman, and a marble-top coffee table. This comprehensive lounge set features a large sectional sofa with integrated headrests and a central console unit with wood detailing. The upholstery is finished in a neutral grey leather with piped edge accents. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise longue, a matching armchair with a small footrest, and a rectangular coffee table featuring a white marble top and a dark grey base. Decorative yellow cushions are included to provide contrast. The clean, linear geometry of the furniture pieces is designed to fit contemporary open-plan living spaces, providing both functional seating and integrated storage solutions.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and repositioning within a floor plan. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly against their room dimensions before applying materials. The separate components—sofa, armchair, ottoman, and table—can be manipulated individually to suit specific layouts. It is recommended to use the native SketchUp tags or layers to manage the visibility of individual pieces, especially when rendering or generating interior elevations for design presentations.
