About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a round terrazzo-topped table and four cantilevered chairs with cane backrests. The dining set comprises a circular table with a speckled white terrazzo top supported by a cylindrical fluted walnut-toned wood base. Accompanying the table are four cantilever-style chairs, each featuring a black tubular metal frame. The seat and backrest are constructed from natural wood, with the backrest inset with a woven rattan cane panel for textural contrast. The proportions are balanced for standard residential dining, with the cantilevered design of the chairs providing a lightweight aesthetic that complements the solid, grounded presence of the central pedestal table base.

The download is a 21 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy selection of the table and individual chairs. Users can adjust the material IDs for the terrazzo top or wood components to suit specific interior palettes. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement in architectural scenes. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base for accurate floor placement, and apply subdivision modifiers if closer camera angles are required for high-detail interior visualisations.

This set is suited for modern residential dining areas, boutique cafe interiors, or contemporary hospitality lobby spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist or mid-century inspired decor themes. Designers might search for this piece when specifying breakfast nooks, compact dining zones, or casual meeting areas in open-plan offices. Its blend of industrial metal frames and organic rattan textures makes it a versatile choice for projects aiming to balance clean, contemporary lines with warm, tactile materials, ensuring a cohesive look in high-end renders.
