About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater tan leather sofa is presented as a complete SketchUp living room scene featuring stone tables and decor. The central element is a linear 3-seater sofa upholstered in tan leather, featuring clean, modern proportions and low-profile cushions. It is paired with a round stone coffee table on a central plinth and a smaller, contrasting black side table. The composition includes a grey fabric pouf, a rocking toy, and various decorative cushions that add texture to the arrangement. The background is framed by a wall panel with vertical fluting and classic moulding, accented by a circular marble wall feature. A minimalist branching chandelier completes the curated aesthetic of this interior set.

The download is a 92.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this scene is best managed by utilising layers or tags to separate the sofa from the decorative elements, allowing for easier manipulation of the furniture layout. Users can apply custom materials to the sofa geometry to adjust the leather sheen or colour to suit specific project palettes. The included lighting and wall components can be toggled to verify scale and spatial clearance within a larger floor plan or interior model, ensuring consistent design language across the entire project file.

This asset is ideal for residential interior design projects, specifically for living room visualisations, apartment staging, or hotel lobby concepts. It integrates seamlessly into contemporary or eclectic schemes where a warm leather focal point is required. Designers searching for a complete living room vignette will find this useful for rapid prototyping or high-quality presentation renders. It pairs well with neutral palettes, natural timber finishes, and soft ambient lighting, making it a versatile choice for both high-end residential developments and boutique commercial hospitality spaces.
