Contemporary Tan and Grey Fabric Lounge Chair Set

This contemporary lounge chair set for SketchUp features two upholstered armchairs and a small side table in a minimalist style. This three-piece furniture set consists of two matching armchairs and a compact circular side table. The armchairs feature a slim black metal frame with an X-braced base, paired with tan leather backrests and light grey fabric seat cushions. The armrests are finished with matching tan leather caps, providing a cohesive aesthetic. The central side table features a simple black circular top supported by a tripod metal base. The set includes a small potted plant and an open book as decorative accessories, creating a balanced and ready-to-use composition for interior scenes.

The download is an 11.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organized as a component, allowing for easy placement and scaling within your model. The materials are applied to individual faces, ensuring they remain editable for custom colour or texture adjustments. Use the native layers or tags to manage the visibility of the decorative accessories, such as the plant and book, if a cleaner look is required. For high-quality renders, ensure the metal and leather textures are correctly mapped and adjusted for the appropriate light reflection values.

This furniture set is ideal for populating residential living areas, hotel lobbies, or modern office breakout spaces. Its compact footprint makes it particularly useful for filling awkward corners or creating focused seating arrangements in smaller rooms. Architects and designers can utilize this model during the schematic design or visualization stages to demonstrate scale and layout. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles and works effectively when placed against neutral wall finishes or integrated into larger open-plan commercial project environments.
