About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features an off-white fabric L-shaped sectional sofa accompanied by a curated selection of living room decor. The scene is anchored by a large, low-profile L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a light off-white fabric, featuring a chaise lounge end and crisp, rectangular back cushions. It is paired with a low, square black timber coffee table and a round pink upholstered ottoman. The setting is completed by a textured area rug, a minimalist light timber side table with a spherical lamp, and a large circular wall clock. The composition offers a balanced mix of neutral tones and soft pastel accents, suitable for creating realistic interior visualisations without additional modeling.

The download is a 190 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should check the model scale upon insertion to ensure it aligns with project dimensions. The components are organised logically, allowing for easy selection if individual items need to be moved or replaced. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily edited or swapped in the material browser to match specific project colour palettes or finish requirements.

This collection is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for staged lounge areas or open-plan living spaces. It functions well in both contemporary apartments and modern family homes where a modular sofa configuration is desired. Designers can use this set to quickly populate mock-ups for client presentations or final high-quality visualisations. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall treatments, timber flooring, and neutral interior schemes, providing a ready-made solution for architects and interior designers seeking a cohesive, well-styled living room aesthetic for their digital portfolios.
