About this asset

A collection of contemporary living room furniture scenes in SketchUp featuring fabric sofas, lounge chairs, and coffee tables. This collection features four distinct living room furniture arrangements, each composed of a central sofa, accent lounge chairs, and complementary coffee tables. The upholstery ranges from light beige to soft grey fabrics, paired with wooden and marble-topped tables. Each grouping includes decorative cushions and occasional ottomans, providing a mix of modular, curved, and L-shaped seating configurations. The aesthetic is clean and neutral, focusing on soft forms and tactile materials that suit modern interiors. Every scene is accessorised with small decor items like vases, books, and side lamps to provide a ready-to-use aesthetic for interior visualisations.

The download is a 759 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are organised as separate groups or components, allowing for easy selection and placement within your model. Utilize the 'Move' and 'Rotate' tools to position the furniture, and check the layering to ensure textures remain consistent across different viewports. For high-quality renders, ensure that the material UVs are properly aligned and apply appropriate reflection settings to the marble and wood surfaces before running your final output.

These furniture groupings are ideal for populating residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and high-end hospitality projects during the design development phase. They work well in both open-plan layouts and formal lounge areas, pairing seamlessly with minimalist or contemporary architectural styles. Professionals searching for 'living room sets', 'modern lounge furniture', or 'SketchUp interior models' will find these arrangements useful for quickly establishing scale and atmosphere in client presentations and interior design schemes, reducing the time spent sourcing individual pieces.
