The download is a 39.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a collection of individual objects, allowing for easy placement and adjustment within a larger interior scene. Users can apply custom materials to the fabric and stone surfaces using standard material editors. The models are scaled for immediate integration into architectural visualisations. Lighting fixtures should be treated as separate entities, allowing for independent placement of light sources to achieve desired illumination effects in a render engine.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, luxury apartment projects, and high-end restaurant interiors, this set brings a cohesive, professional aesthetic to any architectural visualisation. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor schemes and works effectively as a centrepiece in open-plan living areas.
