The download is a 529 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual chairs or the table assembly. Users can adjust the material properties of the marble top to suit specific lighting conditions within their scene. The textures are mapped to standard UV coordinates, ensuring consistent placement of the marble grain and leather finish. When merging into a larger project, ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned to the floor level for efficient placement and snapping within the architectural space.
