About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa paired with a set of two round nesting coffee tables. The sofa features a clean, L-shaped configuration with a tufted, panelled seat and backrest design finished in a light grey fabric. It is accessorised with multiple square throw cushions in contrasting shades of light grey and deep blue. The accompanying nesting coffee tables have slender, cross-legged gold metal frames and circular tops with a dark glass finish and leather-look trim. This set provides a balanced aesthetic, combining the soft, structured geometry of the upholstery with the refined, metallic accents of the tables, suitable for a variety of modern interior layouts.

The download is a 30.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max asset directly into their scene, maintaining the grouped hierarchy for easy placement. The materials are pre-configured for standard rendering workflows, allowing for adjustments to the fabric bump maps or metallic reflections on the table frames as required. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane during insertion to avoid floating geometry, and consider applying a subdivision modifier if higher mesh density is needed for close-up architectural visualisations in the viewport.

This sectional sofa and table set is ideal for residential living room projects, hotel lounge areas, or upscale lobby waiting spaces. It works effectively in open-plan layouts where a clear zone for relaxation is needed. Designers often search for modular seating solutions that include integrated coffee tables to streamline the furnishing process. The neutral grey palette allows it to pair well with various interior styles, from minimalist to more eclectic contemporary schemes, providing a versatile foundation for any professional interior design presentation.
