Contemporary Marble and Faceted Timber Reception Desk Set

This contemporary SketchUp reception desk set features a linear form with a bold, faceted timber inlay contrasting against a marble facade. The design presents a long, rectangular reception desk defined by a striking geometric fissure that runs horizontally across the front face. This recessed section is finished in a faceted, low-poly style that mimics natural rock formations or carved timber textures. The main body is clad in a white marble veneer with prominent veining. Each unit includes integrated table lamps with fabric shades and decorative desktop accessories. The set provides two distinct colour variations for the faceted inlay, allowing for flexibility in material palettes, ranging from warm natural wood tones to a cooler, dark charcoal finish.

The download is a 94.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, these models are structured as distinct components to facilitate easy placement and scaling. Users should manage the high-detail geometry using layers to maintain viewport performance during the design process. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match specific project requirements. It is recommended to use the component's insertion point for precise alignment against walls or within lobby layouts, ensuring the desk sits flush with the floor plane.
