Contemporary Brown Leather 3-Seater Sofa Lounge Scene

This contemporary living room scene, modelled for SketchUp, features a brown leather 3-seater sofa paired with a matching armchair. The primary element is a linear 3-seater sofa upholstered in tan-brown leather, featuring clean, minimalist lines and slim metal legs. Accompanying the sofa is a soft, blush-toned armchair with a tufted backrest and a slender wire-frame base. The grouping includes a rectangular coffee table with a dark marble top on a thin metal frame, alongside a matching C-shaped side table. A branching, multi-arm black metal chandelier provides a sculptural focal point, while the set is completed by a square minimalist wall art piece and decorative potted botanical elements, creating a balanced, curated interior arrangement.

The download is a 62.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups and components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual items. Users should maintain the layer structure to manage visibility of the decorative accessories separately from the primary furniture pieces. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily edited or replaced within the material editor. The scene is scaled for standard residential floor-to-ceiling heights, requiring minimal adjustment when inserting into an existing architectural model for quick interior visualisation or client presentation.
