Contemporary Brown Wood Dining Set with Slatted Chairs

This 3ds Max dining set features a round pedestal table and two slatted-back chairs, crafted with a contemporary brown wood finish. This three-piece dining set includes a circular table supported by a sculptural, solid wood pedestal base and two matching chairs. The chairs feature distinctively curved, slatted backrests that fan out, providing a lightweight, airy aesthetic. The table top is finished in a smooth, light-toned wood, complemented by the rich brown timber of the base. Slim metal legs on the chairs provide structural support while maintaining a minimal visual footprint. Decorative accessories, including a vase and a small tray, are included to complete the scene, demonstrating the scale and proportion of the furniture pieces.

The download is a 36.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation. Users can quickly merge this set into a scene and apply materials to the wood surfaces using standard shaders. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement within interior renders. To achieve realistic lighting, ensure the pedestal base reflections are accurately captured by placing the object near a light source or using an HDRI environment map to highlight the wood grain and metallic elements of the chair supports.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, compact breakfast nooks, or boutique hospitality settings, this set offers a refined, modern look. It works well in contemporary apartment layouts where floor space is at a premium. Designers looking for a sleek, organic-inspired furniture piece will find this set suitable for staging dining areas or small bistro corners.
