Contemporary Living Room Furniture Scene

This contemporary living room furniture scene for SketchUp features four distinct seating arrangements with sofas, armchairs, and tables. This collection includes four varied living room configurations, each showcasing a different aesthetic approach to modern lounge design. The set comprises various sofa styles, including L-shaped sectionals, curved-back sofas, and minimalist straight-line designs. Accompanying these are matching armchairs, coffee tables in marble and metal finishes, and decorative accessories like rugs, artwork, and side tables. The material palette is dominated by neutral fabric upholstery, timber-veneered chair backs, and sleek metal frames. These compositions offer diverse spatial layouts, ranging from open-plan corner settings to intimate, formal arrangements suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 84 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate these components into SketchUp projects by using the native component browser to drag and drop individual furniture items. Each piece is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and modification of textures or geometry. Users should apply high-resolution material maps to the fabric and stone surfaces to achieve realistic render outputs. The models are scaled for standard architectural floor plans, ensuring that they snap correctly to grid references within the workspace.
