In 3ds Max, this kitchen unit is typically handled as a grouped object or a collection of linked assets. Users should verify the pivot points are set to the floor base for easy placement against walls. Materials are logically assigned by object, allowing for quick adjustments to the marble veining or wood grain textures. The included props are organised into separate layers, enabling the user to toggle them off if a cleaner, less cluttered look is required for specific architectural visualisations.

This kitchen unit is ideal for residential design projects, particularly for apartment layouts or open-plan living areas where the kitchen is visible from the lounge. It pairs well with modern stools and minimalist pendant lighting. Professionals often search for this type of asset when populating kitchen renders, seeking a ready-made solution that includes high-quality decor and realistic countertop accessories. It is suitable for both conceptual stages and final presentation renders, providing a realistic level of detail for interior design portfolios.
