About this asset

This contemporary double bed is a 3ds Max model featuring a fully upholstered frame and headboard in a soft grey velvet finish. Defined by its low-profile, boxy silhouette, this double bed is encased in a plush, grey velvet upholstery. Both the wide, rectangular headboard and the surrounding base feature a distinctive tufted, panelled construction, creating a structured yet soft aesthetic. The set includes a neutral bedding ensemble consisting of white sheets, a grey-toned plaid throw, and a mix of coordinating rectangular and square pillows. The proportions are balanced, with the depth of the frame providing a solid, grounded appearance that emphasises comfort and tactile quality in a contemporary bedroom suite.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the bedding and frame components. Users should check the scale against their project units upon insertion to ensure a proper fit. The velvet material uses standard mapping coordinates, allowing for easy adjustments to the pile direction or colour tints. The bedding elements are grouped, making it simple to swap textures or replace the pillows with custom assets to suit specific interior design schemes.

This bed is ideally suited for modern residential master bedrooms or high-end hospitality projects such as boutique hotel suites. Its neutral grey palette and soft texture pair well with minimalist bedroom furniture, warm timber flooring, or stone-clad feature walls. It integrates seamlessly into scenes requiring a focal point that balances clean, architectural lines with the softness of fabric-wrapped furniture pieces.
