About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table features a circular tinted glass top set on a minimalist metal base with curated decor accessories. This coffee table features a low-profile, circular design with a deep grey tinted glass surface. The table is supported by a solid, sculptural metal base that provides a stable foundation while maintaining a lightweight aesthetic. Included in the set are several decorative elements: a stack of books, glass vessels, and a delicate botanical branch, all arranged to create a finished look. The proportions are balanced for a lounge environment, offering a sleek surface that contrasts the transparency of the glass with the solid, opaque nature of the metallic support structure beneath.

The download is an 8.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the table and the decorative accessories. Users can independently adjust the opacity or reflection settings of the tinted glass material to suit specific lighting conditions. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient snapping and alignment within a scene. When integrating into a larger project, simply merge the file and scale as necessary, ensuring the pivot point is set to the base for precise floor-level placement.

The piece serves as an elegant centrepiece for modern living rooms, hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas. Its minimalist form pairs well with low-slung sectional sofas or modular seating arrangements. Designers often specify this style of table for residential projects requiring a sophisticated, uncluttered look. It is a versatile asset for interior visualisations where a ready-to-render, styled surface is needed to ground a seating group, effectively filling the space between furniture pieces without creating visual density or obstructing sightlines.
