Contemporary Grey Fabric Upholstered Double Bed – Variant 32

This contemporary double bed is a 3ds Max model featuring a grey fabric upholstered frame and a horizontally tufted headboard. This double bed features a clean-lined, low-profile frame fully upholstered in a textured grey fabric. The highlight is a substantial, rectangular headboard that reaches across the width of the frame, detailed with a subtle, consistent horizontal tufting pattern that adds depth to the surface. The bed comes dressed with a set of pillows and layered bedding, providing a realistic drape and soft, inviting aesthetic. Its minimalist silhouette avoids unnecessary ornamentation, focusing instead on the tactile quality of the textile finish and the balanced proportions of the base and headboard assembly.

The download is a 90.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the file into your master project. Ensure the unit scale is set correctly to maintain accurate proportions. The model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the individual bedding components or the frame. Apply your own custom materials to the fabric if different colours are required, or keep the existing mapping to maintain the current neutral grey finish within your interior render setup.

This bed is suitable for a wide range of residential interior projects, including master bedrooms, guest suites, and apartment developments. Its neutral grey palette and contemporary form allow it to pair seamlessly with various side tables, lighting fixtures, and floor finishes. Designers and visualisers should search for this piece when populating high-end residential or boutique hotel bedroom scenes. It works particularly well in minimalist or modern luxury concepts where a clean, comfortable, and sophisticated sleeping environment is the primary design goal.
