Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Living Room Scene in Yellow

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular grey fabric sectional sofa alongside curated accent furniture pieces. This comprehensive living room set is anchored by a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric. The arrangement includes a mustard yellow lounge chair with a slender metal frame, a round marble-topped coffee table with a polished metallic base, and a smaller black side table. Decorative elements consist of a patterned monochrome rug, a minimalist floor lamp with a spherical glass shade, a modern chandelier, and wall art. The collection is balanced by a potted plant and small accessories, creating a cohesive, ready-to-render interior vignette suitable for high-end residential visualisation.

The download is a 82 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model functions as a grouped scene, allowing for easy placement within larger architectural projects. Each element is organised into logical layers, enabling individual selection for re-positioning or material swapping. Users can apply high-resolution textures to the fabric and stone surfaces to enhance realism. The file is optimised for viewport performance, though it is recommended to manage the scene through component instances to maintain file efficiency when integrating this set into complex building models.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room ensemble works well in open-plan apartments, modern villas, or luxury hotel lobby concepts. It provides a complete focal point for staging client presentations or marketing renders. Professionals looking for a ready-made lounge area will find this set useful when populating floor plans, interior perspectives, or walkthroughs. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and timber flooring, serving as a versatile asset for contemporary design schemes requiring minimal adjustment.
