Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sofa with Coffee Table Set in Black

This contemporary grey fabric modular sofa and marble coffee table set for 3ds Max features a clean, blocky design with layered textiles. This set consists of a low-profile, modular sofa upholstered in a dark grey fabric, featuring a grid-stitched seat and backrest. It is accompanied by a round coffee table with a black marble cylindrical base and a contrasting beige metal top. The sofa is styled with several throw cushions in varying shades of grey and a draped throw blanket for added texture. The coffee table serves as a functional centrepiece, holding decorative items including a small bowl of fruit and books, creating a cohesive, ready-to-use living room arrangement for modern interior spaces.

In 3ds Max, this set is typically managed as a grouped object or individual assets for flexible placement. Users should check the pivot points for easy alignment against walls or within a floor plan. The fabric and marble materials are mapped with standard texture coordinates, allowing for straightforward material editor adjustments. When integrating into a scene, ensure the scale matches the project dimensions, and utilise instance copies if populating multiple seating areas within a larger hospitality project or residential floor layout.

Designed for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and high-end lounge areas, this set provides a sophisticated seating solution. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor, often used in architectural visualisations to demonstrate comfort and scale. Search for this asset when specifying modular seating, lounge furniture, or interior design sets for open-plan living. It is particularly effective for staging, where the combination of the sofa and table provides a complete, visually balanced focal point for a room's primary seating arrangement.
