About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge scene features a modular grey fabric sofa, a matching armchair, and a circular coffee table. The assembly comprises a low-profile, modular fabric sofa in a neutral grey tone, paired with an accent armchair featuring a curved silhouette and a white outer shell. A circular black coffee table serves as the central focal point, complemented by a textured circular rug. The sofa is accessorised with contrasting brown and white scatter cushions, adding depth to the composition, while a draped throw blanket provides a realistic, lived-in aesthetic. The clean lines and muted palette ensure a cohesive look suitable for modern interior design applications requiring a balanced and comfortable seating arrangement.

The download is a 86 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this scene directly into 3ds Max to populate architectural visualisations. The assets are organised by object type, allowing for individual selection or relocation within a larger floor plan. Materials are mapped using standard workflows, and the lighting setup should be adjusted to match the specific requirements of the interior environment. The modular nature of the sofa allows for customisation of the layout, while the separate elements can be scaled or re-positioned to suit varying room dimensions and camera angles.

This furniture set is ideal for contemporary residential living room renders, apartment staged interiors, and boutique hotel lobbies. Professionals often search for modular seating groups, modern accent chairs, or complete living room sets when styling high-end residential spaces. The neutral colour scheme pairs well with various interior finishes, including hardwood flooring, polished concrete, or minimalist wall treatments, ensuring versatile application across diverse architectural styles.
