About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric modular sectional sofa for 3ds Max features an integrated dark wood console and a marble side table. Defined by clean, linear geometry, this modular sectional sofa is upholstered in a textured light grey fabric. The configuration includes a deep chaise section on the right, balanced by a low-profile frame supported by subtle metallic feet. A notable design element is the integrated dark-stained timber console built into the seating run, providing a flat surface for accessories. The arrangement is complemented by a small, round marble-topped side table with a slender metallic base. Various scatter cushions in neutral tones, including patterned and solid grey options, are included to enhance the seating comfort.

The download is an 8.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should import this 3ds Max model into their scene as a single block or group for easy manipulation. The geometry is organised by material, allowing for simple texture replacement or adjustment of the fabric tiling to suit project-specific requirements. Ensure the model is placed on the floor plane and check that the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for efficient positioning. Lighting should be set to complement the neutral palette, highlighting the fabric texture and the contrast between the timber and marble finishes.

This sectional is suitable for high-end residential living rooms, modern apartment lounges, or luxury hotel lobby seating areas. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, area rugs, and contemporary floor lamps.
