Contemporary Grey Fabric Living Room Furniture Scene, Modular

This contemporary living room furniture scene for SketchUp features modular grey fabric sofas, marble coffee tables, and accent seating. This comprehensive furniture collection includes several distinct living room arrangements, showcasing a range of grey fabric modular sofas, upholstered armchairs, and benches. The set is defined by clean lines and a neutral palette, incorporating natural wood finishes and marble surfaces for coffee tables. Decorative elements such as patterned cushions, throws, and wall art complete the compositions. Each scene is curated to provide a balanced aesthetic, mixing textures like soft upholstery with structured metal or timber legs. The collection offers varied configurations, from L-shaped arrangements to linear sofa setups, suitable for diverse floor plans.

The download is a 103 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these assets into a SketchUp project, import the file and use the outliner to manage individual components. The models are organized by scene, allowing users to isolate specific furniture clusters or copy individual pieces into their own floor plans. Users should check the layer or tag organization to toggle accessories like cushions or rugs. Scaling may be required to match specific project dimensions, and standard material mapping can be adjusted to customize fabric or wood tones to suit specific interior design schemes.
