About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a grey fabric sofa, leather ottoman, and coffee table with integrated decor. The collection comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, paired with a low-profile leather ottoman in a tan finish. A central coffee table acts as the focal point, featuring a dark, polished surface and a geometric frame. The set is accessorised with a metallic side table, a circular pendant light fixture, and wall-mounted decorative elements. The composition is grounded by a textured area rug. Each piece displays clean lines and minimalist proportions, suitable for modern interiors requiring a balanced, cohesive look. All items are included as a single, ready-to-use furniture arrangement.

The download is a 70.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this scene is organised into logical layers for easy scene management. Users can import the entire collection as a single block or merge individual elements into a larger project. Materials are pre-mapped for rapid rendering, though scaling should be verified against scene units upon insertion. The lighting rig is included, allowing for quick integration into architectural visualisations. Ensure that the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane when positioning the set within your interior space.
