About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table set features two round tables with distinct chunky bases, rendered in glass and matte plastic. This set consists of two round coffee tables of varying heights and diameters. The larger table features a transparent glass top supported by a substantial, dark grey, U-shaped base with rounded profiles. The smaller table is finished in a uniform light grey or off-white tone, featuring a solid top and a chunky, multi-legged base. The aesthetic is defined by soft, organic curves and a playful, oversized proportion that contrasts the slender tabletop edges with heavy, rounded foundations. These pieces are presented as a cohesive set, suitable for layered arrangements in modern interiors.

The download is a 45.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, these tables are provided as distinct, movable assets, allowing for flexible positioning or separation within your scene. The glass material on the larger table is set up for ray-traced transparency, while the solid units use diffuse shaders. Ensure your scene scale is correctly set to millimetres before merging to maintain accurate proportions. These models are ideal for populating living area visualisations, where they can be grouped as a feature piece or placed individually to anchor a lounge seating arrangement.

They pair effectively with low-profile modular sofas or minimalist armchairs. Use these assets when searching for contemporary furniture, nesting tables, or organic, sculptural coffee tables to add character to a space. They are particularly useful for staging professional interior renders where a clean, design-led aesthetic is required to demonstrate spatial planning and furniture styling capability.
