About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max TV cabinet set features dark wood finishes and gold-toned accents, presented with integrated media accessories. This media console features a deep, dark wood finish with a pronounced grain pattern, suggesting a walnut or similar hardwood construction. The unit is defined by a subtle, flowing curved apron along the base, finished in a metallic gold that contrasts with the dark body. It is presented as a complete media setup, including a flat-screen television, a soundbar, a small speaker, and a decorative ceramic vase with foliage. The proportions are low and elongated, designed to provide a horizontal anchor for a living room wall arrangement.

The download is a 42.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a grouped asset, allowing for easy placement and alignment against a wall surface. Users should ensure the pivot point is set at the floor level for accurate snapping during interior scene assembly. Materials are assigned to individual object elements, enabling fine-tuning of the wood grain and metallic reflections to match specific project lighting conditions. It is recommended to check the scale against standard television dimensions before final placement in a larger architectural model.

This unit is suitable for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel suites, or luxury apartment staging. It works well in contemporary or transitional interiors where a sophisticated, dark-toned furniture piece is required to anchor a media wall. Designers often search for this type of console when specifying bespoke or premium joinery elements. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall treatments, neutral-toned area rugs, and ambient accent lighting to create a cohesive home cinema or entertainment area within a professional interior design project.
