About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a modular sectional sofa with integrated marble side table, ottoman, and mixed leather finishes. Designed with a low-profile, linear aesthetic, this modular sectional combines cream-coloured smooth leather upholstery with a central, button-tufted brown leather section. The base is accented with a metallic trim that provides a clean, refined edge. The configuration includes an L-shaped layout with an extended chaise, a square marble-topped side table integrated into the frame, and a separate matching rectangular ottoman. A variety of decorative cushions in contrasting neutral and deep red tones are included, enhancing the textured composition and layering of the overall piece.

The download is a 99.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is organised with distinct material IDs for the leather, metal, and marble components, allowing for efficient texture mapping and shader adjustments. The modular sections are grouped logically, facilitating easy repositioning or scaling within a scene. Users should check the pivot points to ensure seamless alignment when snapping the ottoman or side table to the main sofa frame. The file is ready for placement in high-end interior visualisations, requiring only standard lighting setups to highlight the material contrast.

Ideal for spacious open-plan living rooms or luxury hotel lobby lounges, this sectional acts as a sophisticated anchor piece. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, large-scale area rugs, and ambient floor lighting. Designers often specify such modular arrangements for high-end residential projects where flexibility and clean lines are paramount. Search terms like 'luxury modular sofa', 'leather sectional with ottoman', and 'contemporary lounge seating' will assist in finding this asset for high-quality architectural renders and interior design presentations.
