Contemporary Charcoal Velvet L-Shaped Sectional Sofa

This contemporary 3ds Max model of a charcoal velvet L-shaped sectional sofa features a low-profile silhouette and integrated cushions. This L-shaped sectional sofa is defined by a low-profile, linear silhouette finished in a deep charcoal velvet upholstery. The modular design includes a left-hand chaise and a long primary seating section, supported by a slim, minimalist black metal frame that elevates the base slightly off the floor. The backrest incorporates structured, rectangular bolster-style cushions, complemented by a collection of scatter cushions in varied textures and neutral tones, including white, brown, and a small-scale houndstooth check. The clean, geometric lines provide a balanced, grounded aesthetic suitable for modern interior living spaces.

The download is a 69.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max asset directly into their project scene, where it arrives with predefined material slots ready for customisation. The model is organised with logical hierarchy, allowing for easy selection and placement within larger architectural layouts. Ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned to the base for efficient snapping to floor planes. For high-quality visualisations, apply appropriate subdivision modifiers if required for closer camera angles, and verify that the texture mapping on the velvet upholstery maintains correct scale and orientation.
